The Balboa Baby reviews over on Test Freaks have just made me a sling/wrap convert very late in the game. Lois is a toddler now, but still small enough to fit in a sling. She's also my clingiest kid and probably would have nursed until kindergarten if I had let her! Thankfully, a recent backbreaking trip to the park convinced me to give Dr. Sears' Balboa Baby Sling a try. Perfect!

I just had to pass this along, as I'm one of the few attachment parents I know who couldn't get into the Maya Wrap. I know a lot of you love it, but I tried several different positions and Lois always wailed. Now, if only we can convince these sling/wrap companies to make geeky patterns!

A colorful Space Invaders pattern would be apt, don't you think?
