R.I.P. Dave Stevens

As an avid comic book and pulp reader, I am sad
to learn that artist and writer extraordinaire Dave Stevens has lost his fight
with leukemia. One of his most well-known
creations was the wartime hero the Rocketeer, who
battled both criminals and the evil Nazis with his sexy girl Jenny.
Rest in peace, friend. Your works will always be some of my favorites.
In lieu of flowers, Dave's family would like people to make donations in his name to the Hairy Cell Leukemia Research Foundation.

Really sad, but leukemia is a painful thing, so he is in better place now.

Man, that sucks. I loved the Rocketeer. And 52 is way too young.
